Recipe from Kim, a friend of mine & photo by me! Served with Rice-A-Roni cheesy rice!

This is a comfort food and the sauce so delicious. I cheated a little, since I didn't have any tomato sauce, so I pureed a cup of canned diced tomatoes instead. Cames out wonderful and deserves 5 cupcakes (in lieu of stars) in my book ! Thanks, Z

This recipe came from a very good friend of mine and her name is Kim. We would take turns cooking dinner at each other's house for our family's and my family loves the sauce for the meatloaf. It really kicks it up a notch!
