1 lb. asparagus spears, bottom ends trimmed, cut into thirds
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
freshly ground cracked pepper
1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Spray baking sheet with fat-free cooking spray. Place asparagus pieces on baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Sprinkle on cheese, garlic salt and pepper; toss well. Top with sliced red onion.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until crispy.
