- Cooking Time: 12 to 14
- Preparation Time: 5
- 1 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 1 large onion, quartered
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Rub roast with garlic salt and pepper. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high 1 hr, then reduce to low and cook 12-14 hrs.(longer is better)
- Shred beef. Serve on Kaiser Rolls or bread of choice.
NotesThis is a recipe I got from a coworker. Always a hit and leftovers are just as good or make a great base for soup or other dishes.
