AWESOMELY WHITE CORNMEAL CORNBREAD

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white cornmeal
  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 cups Organic 2% Milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar

Directions

  • Measure dry with dry, and the wet with the wet. Add the wet to the dry and mix LIGHTLY – just so it’s all incorporated. In a greased pan, bake in a 450-degree oven until a toothpick comes out clean.
