Axhi A’s Chicken Rosemary, modified from www.food.com
60 ml lime juice
59 ml dry white wine
125 ml olive oil
30ml chopped garlic
15 ml Worcestershire sauce
15.5 ml Tabasco sauce
15.5 ml garlic granules
5.2 dry mustard
5.2 ml peppercorns, crushed
5.2 ml italian seasoning
5 ml kosher salt
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine all marinade ingredients in a large, resealable plastic bag and add chicken; tightly seal the bag and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Grill over high heat, 4-6 minutes per side (depending on size/thickness of breasts).
Place chicken and marinade in a freezer bag; seal, label and freeze.
Thaw in fridge overnight and proceed with cooking directions.
Pairs Well With
I found this recipe online because I couldn’t find the recipe at my book. This recipe is one of my favorites. I don’t like rosemary so I don’t add any to the recipe. Other than that it tastes very good.
