B.b.q. Pork Chops
4 boneless center cut pork chops 3/8" thick
1/2 C. Italian salad dressing
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
1 T. dehydrated onion
1 t. chili powder
In a small bowl, stir together Italian dressing, barbecue sauce, dehydrated onion and chili powder. Place pork chops in a plastic container
coat chops with 1/2 C. of sauce cover container and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or over night. Drain marinade from pork and trwo away. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place pork chops in askillet and cook for afew minutes on both sides. Pour the remaining sauce over chops and cover the pan. Turn heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Derve immediately with the sauce.
