BACON AND TOMATO MACARONI SALAD
- 3 cup macaroni, cooked
- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cupchopped cucumbers
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup Mayo or Salad Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Combine all and refrigerate until chilled.
I was looking for a change from the macaroni salad I always made using canned baby shrimp. This looked like a nice change.
