BACON-WRAPPED STUFFED JALAPEÑOS
6 large jalapeño peppers
1/2 cup of cream cheese
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
12 slices of bacon
Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise, clean out membrane and seeds from each.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Use an aluminum foil-lined cooking sheet or broil pan for crispier bacon.
Mix cream cheese & cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon.
Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
