BAKED ACORN SQUASH
- 2 small acorn squash (about 1-3/4 lbs. ea.), halved and seeded
- 1/4 cup Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Limited Edition Cinnamon
- 4 tsp. firmly packed light brown sugar
In microwave-safe baking dish, arrange squash, cut side up.
Evenly spread with Shedd's Spread Country Crock® Limited Edition Cinnamon, then sprinkle with brown sugar.
Microwave covered at HIGH 10 minutes or until squash are tender.
