Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 3/4 CUBE MARG OR BUTTER
  • 1 1/2 CUP FLOUR
  • 2 T SUGAR
  • 3/4 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS
  • FILLING:
  • 1 LB OR 1 BOX POWDERED SUGAR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 CUBES MARG OR BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
  • 1 tsp VANILLA
  • BEAT TOGETHER FOR 10-15 MINS

Directions

  • MIX All CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL AND PRESS INTO A 9 + 13 DISH.
  • BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINS THEN LET COOL.
  • BEAT FILLING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER FOR 10-15 MINS
  • POUR FILLING OVER "COOLED" CRUST.
  • SLICE 4-5 CRISP TYPE BANANA'S LAYER OVER TOP
  • 1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE OVER THAT (SHE DONT SAY TO DRAIN IT THO NOR WHAT SIZE,,PROB LRG)
  • DRIZZLE CHOCOLATE SYRUP OVER TOP THAT (I LIKE ALOT)
  • COVER WITH "COOL WHIP" (IT CANT BE HOMEMADE HAS TO BE COOL WHIP)
  • SPRINKLE WITH SOME CHOPPED NUTS OF DESIRED AND MAYBE SOME CHERRIES SHE HAS ALSO MADE IT WITH FRESH STRAWBERRIES.
  • KEEP IN FRIDGE.

My family requests this cake most from my mil.

Very rich,but good.
