- Banana Syrup 1:
- 4 cups mashed bananas
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Dash of cinnamon
- Banana Syrup 2:
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. banana extract
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Heat bananas and syrup in a small saucepan for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in extract and lemon juice
NotesIf you want a change from pancake syrup or maple syrup for pancakes you might like to try this.
