4 cups catsup
1 cup yellow mustard
8 ounces currant jelly
1/3 cup natural liquid smoke or liquid smoke from your smoker
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
1½ cups pineapple juice
½ cup agave nectar
½ cup brown sugar or 1/2 cup smoked brown sugar
½ cup molasses
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
Store in jar in refrigerator and heat before serving.
Pairs Well With
This recipe is good for many recipes I make. It makes 4 1/2 cups and can keep in the refrigerator for 6 months.
