BBQ Chicken Nachos
1 can of chicken
1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (best if it has a little kick)
1 cup of shredded cheese (Mexican or colby blends)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Drain canned chicken
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce and chicken
On a pan (or microwaveable plate), place a layer of tortilla chips
Spoon chicken over chips (use as much or as little as you like)
Sprinkle cheese over over chips (keep in mind chips not covered in cheese will burn faster)
Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted
Microwave on a low heat setting until cheese is melted. Cheese burns very easily in the microwave.
