BBQ Cranberry Orange Pork Roast
1 3 lb boneless pork loin roast
1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over high heat. Add pork and cook until browned on all sides. Place roast in slow cooker coated with cooking spray. Combine cranberry sauce, marmalade, BBQ sauce and mustard. Pour over meat. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on high for 1 hour and low for another 7 hours. Remove roast from sauce and keep warm. Combine water and cornstarch, stirring until smooth. Stir cornstarch mixture into sauce in slow cooker, stirring until thickened. Serve pork roast with gravy.

I used a recipe for Cranberry pork roast for several years before beginning to add a few ingredients of my own. The new additions add a new twist to the flavor and make it unique, but still so easy!
