BBQ MEATBALLS

Ingredients

  • Barbequed Meatballs:
  • 3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cups catsup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp garlick powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

  • Barbequed Meatballs:
  • Mix all and form into balls. Put into 12x13 pan.
  • Sauce:
  • Mix all. pour over meatballs.
  • bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • These freeze very well unbaked, or baked.

Notes

I have used this recipe for at least 20 years now. It is failproof. Very very good.
