BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICHES

Ingredients

  • Two and a half pounds Roast pork tenderloin
  • a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • One can root beer
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pack of hamburger buns

Directions

  • Cut the fat from the roast tenderloin
  • Season the roast with salt and pepper
  • add a little brown sugar on each side of the road
  • Place roast in crock pot or oven
  • If oven bake at 350 for 2 and 1/2 hours
  • If crock pot cook on high for 6 hours and low for 2 hours (total of 8)
  • Once roast is in crock pot or oven pour root beer over roast
  • Once roast is cooked use fork to shred the meat
  • Place into bowl and mix with BBQ sauce
  • Place on buns and serve
