- Preparation Time:
- 2-4 Salmon fillets
- 4 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
- 6 tsp. butter
- 6 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
- 6 tsp. grated ginger
- 3 Tbs. soy sauce
- Melt butter & brown sugar in a small saucepan.
- Wisk in dijon mustard, ginger, olive oil, and soy sauce.
- Lay out fillets on aluminun foil and leave enough space to raise the foil edges into a wall (kinda like a little plate with the edges raised up all the way around).
- Pour sauce over salmon and place on BBQ grill (medium heat) for about 20 min.
