  • 2-4 Salmon fillets
  • 4 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
  • 6 tsp. butter
  • 6 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
  • 3 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 6 tsp. grated ginger
  • 3 Tbs. soy sauce


  • Melt butter & brown sugar in a small saucepan.
  • Wisk in dijon mustard, ginger, olive oil, and soy sauce.
  • Lay out fillets on aluminun foil and leave enough space to raise the foil edges into a wall (kinda like a little plate with the edges raised up all the way around).
  • Pour sauce over salmon and place on BBQ grill (medium heat) for about 20 min.
