2-4 Salmon fillets
4 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar
6 tsp. butter
6 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
6 tsp. grated ginger
3 Tbs. soy sauce
Melt butter & brown sugar in a small saucepan.
Wisk in dijon mustard, ginger, olive oil, and soy sauce.
Lay out fillets on aluminun foil and leave enough space to raise the foil edges into a wall (kinda like a little plate with the edges raised up all the way around).
Pour sauce over salmon and place on BBQ grill (medium heat) for about 20 min.
