BBQ SHRIMP

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stk. Butter
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 4 lbs. shrimp ,shell on
  • 4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsps. cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsps. black pepper
  • 2 tsps. granulated garlic
  • 2 tsps. ground rosemary
  • 4 tsps. dried basil
  • 4 tsps. paprika
  • cup chopped parsley
  • dash La. Ready hot

Directions

  • Melt butter in a large skillet.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice &
  • srimp. Place all seasoning on top
  • of shrimp & stir together.
  • Cook covered on medium heat
  • until shrimp turns pink, about
  • 10 minutes, stirring a couple of
  • times. Do Not over cook !
  • Turn off heat, cover & let sit for
  • 30 minutes. Peel & eat, use
  • French bread to dip in sauce.
