BBQ Shrimp

Serves 6 | Prep Time 15 | Cook Time 15

Ingredients

1/2 stk. Butter
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 lbs. shrimp ,shell on
4 tsp. lemon pepper
4 tsp. salt
3 tsps. cayenne pepper
2 tsps. black pepper
2 tsps. granulated garlic
2 tsps. ground rosemary
4 tsps. dried basil
4 tsps. paprika
cup chopped parsley
dash La. Ready hot


Melt butter in a large skillet.


Add olive oil, lemon juice &


srimp. Place all seasoning on top


of shrimp & stir together.


Cook covered on medium heat


until shrimp turns pink, about


10 minutes, stirring a couple of


times. Do Not over cook !


Turn off heat, cover & let sit for


30 minutes. Peel & eat, use


French bread to dip in sauce.
