8 lbs. shrimp, 36-40 count (raw, unpeeled)
2 cups olive oil
2 cups butter
3/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
3 to 5 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix and heat everything (EXCEPT shrimp) in a Dutch oven. I half the recipe and use 2 Dutch ovens.
3. Simmer 10 minutes
4. Add shrimp and cook 6 to 8 minutes, until shrimp turn pink
5. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes, turning once.
Serve with rice and French bread for sopping up the sauce. It's finger-lickin' good!
