"Breaking up the usual vegan bowls with some BBQ Tempeh!"

Serves 2 | Prep Time 15 minutes | Cook Time 10 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

Vegan bowls are super popular, but very over-done. This BBQ tempeh is the best way to mix things up and add some flavors you wouldn't normally get in a bowl!


Ingredients You'll Need

Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh
Trader Joe's Organic Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce
Cherry Tomatoes
1 Onion
Cilantro
1 can of Corn
1 can of Black Beans
Quinoa


Directions

Chop Trader Joe's Organic 3 Grain Tempeh and marinate in a bag with Trader Joe's Organic Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce for at least 15 minutes.


Cook quinoa according to package directions.


Saute BBQ tempeh in a skillet over medium heat until heated through. Approximately 10 minutes.


Chop cherry tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.


Drain corn and black beans.


Combine all ingredients over a bed of quinoa and enjoy!
