Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Servings of Bob Evans reduced fat breakfast sausage from roll
  • (1/2 roll)
  • 1/4 C flour
  • 2 C skim milk
  • 8 Pillsbury low fat dinner rolls
  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/4 C flour

  • 8 Pillsbury low fat dinner rolls
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Instructions
  • Crumble & cook sausage in skillet over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour until disolved. Gradually add milk. Cook gravy until thick & bubbly. Season with salt & pepper. Serve over hot biscuits.
  • Special Notes
  • This is an excellent knock off to the original biscuits & gravy served in restaurants!
  • 1 serving = about 1/4 cup
  • The rolls are labeled "dinner rolls" NOT biscuits. I think those would be more points. Plus I couldn't find those and these worked out great.
  • 1 BISCUIT & 1/4 C GRAVY= 4 PTS
