BLANC FAMILY'S scallop carpaccio
oinion (thin slices)
hot sauce ( I like Valentina's brand)
Slice the frozen scallops and place them on a plate.
Cut the pepper in little pieces and spread them over the scallops.
Place the thin sliced onion on top as well.
Then add the lime zest and the ginger.
Put the maggi sauce all over it, then the lime juice. (Do not damp the plate with lime or it will overcooked!)
At last add the hot sauce. (don't put too much so you can still taste all the flavours!)
Delicious with a toasted bread.
