1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1 medium tomato chopped, remove seeds as best as you can
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
6 strips cooked bacon, finely chopped
Mix cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth. Add diced tomatoes, onion and celery.
Stir together and add bacon.
Allow 3 hours in fridge for flavors to blend.
Great with triscuits or wheat thin crackers or even spread on tortillas, add a thin layer of lunch meat adn lettuce and roll up for a great snack.
