  • 1(7-oz) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (HDMac used corkscrew)
  • 1 cup mayo or salad dressing (HD used mayo)
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice from concentrate
  • 2 tsp sugar or 1 tsp.equal (I used Splenda)
  • 1 large fresh tomato chopped and seeded
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 cups thinly sliced lettuce( used Iceberg)
  • 8 sliced of cooked and crumbled bacon.


  • Combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon concentrate, and sugar.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the macaroni, tomatoes and green onions.
  • Cover and chill.
  • Right before serving add the chopped lettuce and crumbled bacon pieces.
  • Mix well.
