- Servings: 24
- 7 ounces water, room temperature
- 2 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
Let buns raise in the bread machine until the dough almost touches the top of the machine. Remove from bread machine and put in a greased bowl and let raise until double in size. Make into buns; put in a cozy place to raise. Bake at 400 degrees until nicely browned (doubled this recipe and make half the dough into caramel pecan rolls).
