Ingredients

3 cans artichoke hearts
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian
dressing
4 eggs
seasoned bread crumbs
garlic powder
salt and pepper
Romano cheese


Rinse and drain artichoke hearts. Dip in beaten eggs,


then in bread crumbs. To prepare bread crumbs, add Romano


cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Fry


artichoke hearts in shortening until golden brown. Can be


served as a warm or cold appetizer.hors d'oeuvres plates with cocktail forks. Serves 6.
