- 10 oz. beer
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 c flour
- 3 large onions
- Peel onions and slice and separate into rings.
- Combine beer, egg and oil and wisk together until well mixed; Add flour.
- Mixture will be loose and pastey.
- Cover rings with batter and fry in deep fryer accordign to manufacurer's instructions.
