BROWN SUGAR PIE
1/3 cup flour
1 c brown sugar
2 c light cream
1 TB vanilla
2 TB butter
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix well: flour and brown sugar. Spread evenly in bottom of pie shell.
Mix cream and vanilla. Pour over flour and brown sugar.
Slice butter and distribute evenly over top of pie.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes until firm.
