2 LBS. GROUND BEEF
1 ONION, CHOPPED
2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
1 ( 2OZ) CAN BLACK OLIVES, SLICED
1 (4OZ) CAN DICED GREEN CHILI PEPPERS
1 ( 10 OZ) CAN DICED TOMATOES
1(16 ZO) JAR TACO SAUCE
2 (16 OZ) CANS REFRIED BEANS
12 FLOUR TORTILLAS
8 OZ SHREDDED COLBY CHEESE


PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES


BROWN BURGER TILL 5 MINUTES, ADD ONION & GARLIC, SAUTE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES,DRAIN FAT,MIX IN ALL BUT SHELLS & CHEESE. LET SIMMER 10 MINUTES


IN A DEEP 9X13 PAN


LAYER LIKE LASAGNA, MEAT CHEESE, SHELLS, TILL ALL LAYERS ARE IN


TOP WITH CHEESE


BAKE 20 MINUTES TILL CHEESE BUBBLES

THIS RECIPE IS FROM ALLRECIPES.COM, I MADE IT TWICE, IT'S GREAT FOR A CROWD, AND EXTRA GOOD WHEN REHEATED.

I tried this recipe...we did like it, except maybe not spicey enough or not enough heat (??). I think I will use the taco seasoning and spread the refried beans on the tortillas the next time. This recipe makes a lot, so for 2, I need to half it. Thanks for sharing!
