  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 4 pieces of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard


  • Mix ingredients together and spread on toast or english muffins. Refrigerate leftovers.


This recipe was posted on one of my favorite food blogs. She is doing a theme of Bacon Week in honor of July 4th. She was trying to think of American foods and what Americans liked and came up with....BACON!! So everyday she will post a new bacon recipe. BRILLIANT!
