Bacon Cabbage Stir-Fry
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 head of garlic, cloves peeled and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pound bacon, chopped
4 large carrots, scrubbed and sliced thinly or julienned
1 small green cabbage, quartered, core removed, and sliced thinly
1 small red cabbage, quartered, core removed, and sliced thinly
salt and pepper to taste
Brown bacon in wok over medium-high heat until crisp.
Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
