Bacon Cheese Fingers
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. celery salt
12 slices day old sandwich bread, crust removed and cut into thirds
Combine first 5 ingredients; blend well.
Spread cheese mixture over each piece of bread.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
