Bacon Mushroom Chicken
2 tbsp. butter, salted and melted
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
Preheat oven to 350*.
Pour melted butter into 9x13 baking dish.
Season chicken breast.
Add seasoned chicken breast and garlic to dish.
Lay bacon strips on top of each piece of chicken and sprinkle with mushrooms.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breasts.
Make sure chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Remove chicken, bacon, and mushrooms to a platter and keep warm.
Pour juices from baking dish into a small saucepan and whisk together with the heavy cream over low heat until thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
