Bacon cheeseburger roll-up
1 lb. ground beef
4 or 5 slices bacon, chopped
1 small onion (I usually leave this out bc I have boys that don't like onions)
1/2 lb. Velveeta
1 refrigerated pizza crust
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef, bacon and onion in a large skillet until ground beef is browned. drain that and add cubed velveeta. Cook until completely melted, stirring frequently.
Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Press into a 15x8 rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Roll up dough starting at one of the long sides. Seam needs to be on the bottom side.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
