- Soy Sauce
- 2 cans Water Chestnuts
- 1 lb Bacon
- Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for 3 hours. Drain, roll in sugar, wrap in bacon and stick with toothpick.
- Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes on cookie sheet linned with foil, (turning once 1/2 way through baking time.)
- Note: I like to fry the bacon a little first because I like the bacon nice & crisp.
