- large beefsteak tomatoes
- Mozzarella - cubed
- extra-virgin olive oil
- fresh basil
- Slice top off of the tomato - set aside. Scoop out most of the inside of the tomato.
- Fill cavity with cubed mozzarella.
- Drizzle olive oil over cheese and tomato. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
- Replace top on tomato. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
