Baked Tomatoes with Mozzarella

Ingredients You'll Need
large beefsteak tomatoes
Mozzarella - cubed
extra-virgin olive oil
Slice top off of the tomato - set aside. Scoop out most of the inside of the tomato.
Fill cavity with cubed mozzarella.
Drizzle olive oil over cheese and tomato. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
Replace top on tomato. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
