BAKED BARBECUE SHRIMP
Baked Barbecue Shrimp
I grew up on the Gulf Coast and my mom is from New Orleans. This dish was her specialty, drawn from an old New Orleans cookbook.

- 7 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- French bread for serving
DIRECTIONS
-Preheat over to 450
-Toss all ingredients, place in 10" saute pan with all shrimp in a single layer
-Bake 2 minutes. Turn shrimp and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until opaque and cooked through
-Serve with French bread
