8 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
graham cracker crumbs
1 pound sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spread butter lightly in a 10-inch or 12- inch springform pan and sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs around the mold.
Mix the cream cheese and sugar together and beat it, add in the eggs one at a time. Add vanilla extract, lemon juice and salt. Mix together. Pour ingredients into buttered pan and place in roasting pan in hot water bath. Bake about 60 to 75 minutes. Decorate with chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce and fruits.
