Backstory

This is our easy low point go to recipe for WW.

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • drizzle olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • salt/pepper
  • italian seasoning
  • 12oz chicken broth

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put chicken in a baking dish. Fill dish with broth until just up to edge of chicken. drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper and italian seasoning. bake about 20 minutes.
