BAKED CHICKEN FINGERS
Baked Chicken Fingers
- 3 pounds boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- 8 ounces bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- egg whites, for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into cubes or strips. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt, onion powder. Dip chicken in egg whites; roll in bread crumb mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Refrigerate until ready to cook. Bake 15-20 minutes.
