BAKED CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI SALAD + GARLIC TOAST

Baked Chicken with Broccoli Salad + Garlic Toast

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Broccoli
  • Vinegar
  • Garlic
  • Feta Cheese
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Prosciutto or Bacon
  • Chicken Breast or Thigh
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Baggette

DIRECTIONS

Chop brocolli, vinegar, garlic, feta cheese, salt/pepper and olive oil in a food processor


Season chicken with salt/pepper


Wrap the chicken in prosciutto or bacon


Bake the chicken for ~20 min at 425 degree.


Add broccoli salad to the top of the chicken before serving


Mix parsley, room temperature butter and salt/pepper together to make garlic butter


Cut baggete diagonally and smear with butter


Toast bread until crunchy
