BAKED CHICKEN WITH TOMATO RICE STUFFING.

 

  • Cooking Time: 60 minutes
  • Servings: 8
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken (browned).
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion.
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery.
  • 1 cup cooked tomatoes.
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 3/4 tsp. salt.
  • pepper.
  • 1/4 tsp. powdered sage.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper.
  • 2/3 cup uncooked rice.

Directions

  • Mix in bowl (while chicken is browning) all ingredients.
  • Put mixture into a 12x7x2 baking dish.
  • Place chicken over top.
  • Bake at 350.
