- Preheat oven to 425 deg. Season chicken with the ingredients and keep aside for an hour if possible. Spread out chicken pieces on pan to make them crispier. Bake chicken for 35-45 minutes. You can turn pieces mid way to brown them on both sides. Pieces will be browned outside and the juices will run clear. You can also baste the chicken with the juices. Cover with foil if you dont want the chicken browned. For a cheesier option, you can stuff the pieces with cheese.
NotesMy husband and I are calorie-conscious so did not want to fry the chicken and we stumbled upon this idea of baking it in its own juices. Turned out awesome!
