Baked Chimichanga

Serves 6 | Prep Time 10 | Cook Time 30

Ingredients

6 flour Tortillas (I like to use uncooked tortillas likeTortilla Land tortillas)
1 recipie for Low Fat Quick Refried Beans
1 cup salsa
6 oz cooked chicken breast (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees


Cook tortillas on frying pan if you are using uncooked tortillas


Spoon onto each tortilla beans and salsa


Shred chicken and add to tortilla if desired


Fold each side of the tortilla to for chimichangas and place onto a 9X13 baking dish


Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
