BAKED CORN

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 T milk

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In amixing bowl, blend butter with cornbread mix. Add corns, eggs, and milk; stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
