BAKED CORN

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in a 2 quart baking dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for about an hour.
