Baked Crab Rangoon
1 can (6oz.) white crab meat, drained, flaked
4oz. Cream Cheese softened
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup mayonnaise
12 wonton wrappers
1. Pre-heat oven to 350, mix crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and mayonnaise.
2. Spray muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently place 1 wonton wrapper in each cup, allowing edges of wrappers to extend above sides of cups. Fill evenly with crabmeat mix.
3. Bake 18-20 minus. or until edges are golden brown and filling is heated thru.
4. Garnish chopped green onions. Serve warm.
