BAKED DIJON CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1 T Dijon or corse grained mustard
  • 2 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Rinse chicken or turkey and pat dry
  • In a small bowl, stil together remaining ingredients
  • Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer ina glass baking dish
  • Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece
  • Bake uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink.
