Baked Herbed Pita Wedges for Dips
1 pkg Pitas, cut into wedges
fresh oregano, minced
salt and pepper
Place the pita wedges on a foil lined baking sheet.
Combine the oil, oregano and S&P in a small bowl.
Using a pastry brush, lightly cover the wedges. Bake at 400 until toasty. Turn over and repeat.
