Baked Mexican Dip
2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning - dry
chopped onion (size medium)
salsa - (your choice mild, medium, or hot)
Sargento Brand 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese - 8 oz pkg.
can of black olives - chopped.
Place ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan in the order listed above.
Slice the cream cheese in half so that the bar is thinner and place in the pan and spread on the bottom of the pan with your hand.
Sprinkle taco seasoning dry over the cream cheese.
Put chopped onion on top of this.
Put the salsa on top of this and spread with a spoon over entire area
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top (important to use Sargento brand as it bakes best.
Put the chopped black olives on top.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
